And, as a successful leader, you know it's not about telling people what to do; it's about empowering them to make their own decisions. And you also know that the key to success is authenticity. You can't be someone you're not; your team will see through it instantly. That's why you always stay true to yourself and never compromise your values.

For a company to be successful, it is crucial that employees feel empowered to do their best work. This can be accomplished in several ways, but one of the most important is through the actions of managers. This article will discuss how managers can empower employees through personal choices that promote accountability, care, community, and action. We will also look at some real-world examples of authentic leadership in action.

Accountability

When managers make personal choices that promote accountability, they take ownership of their work and are motivated to produce high-quality results.
