I was the former columnist of Executive Coach for American Express Publishing and am currently the host of the globally ranked Authentic Change Podcast with Mike Horne. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Organization Development Review. In addition, I am currently the Graduate Program Director, Human Resources Management, and leader of the People and Performance Cluster in the Ageno School of Business at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA.
