It's also consistent with the humanistic values I developed during my association with NTL.People crave honest communication from their leaders. Transparency builds trust, collaboration, and innovation, creating a positive and productive work environment. Authentic Leadership is marked by transparency. The best organizational leaders are transparent and open with their followers, admitting mistakes and welcoming feedback. This is crucial for building trust and achieving outstanding performance.As an executive coach, I prioritize transparency as a fundamental pillar for success. In this blog post, I'm sharing my observations and reflections on transparency in what I hope is a helpful and practical manner.

Six Effective Ways of Promoting Transparency in Teams

There are many ways that executives can promote transparency in their teams. Here are six of the most effective:

This includes communicating the team's role in the organization, the team's priorities, and the team's individual and collective goals. Executives should also be clear about their expectations for team members, such as communication style, work hours, and performance standards.
