Technical Factors in Organization Design

This includes interpersonal skills, such as communication and problem-solving, and technical skills related to the tasks they will be performing in the new organization.Finally, there must also be a commitment to change management; this involves managing any resistance to change and helping employees adjust to the new environment. Change management should include providing support and resources throughout the transition period so that employees can feel comfortable in their new roles.Successful organizational redesigns require a sound technical approach and a strong consideration of human factors. Aligning strategy, structure, processes, technology, performance measurement, and culture is essential to successful redesigns.
